There is no end when it comes to the coolness of Lego. Lego is, hands down, one of the greatest toys ever invented. For this photo gallery, I set out to find some images of spectacular Lego creations to share with you, as Lee Mathews did a few months ago. Instead, I stumbled upon another world I didn’t know existed: a world where Lego men and real-life environments collide to create some extremely awesome imagery. In my opinion the Ocean Photographer is the best of the lot. It has both the Lego man ans a real person in the image for some perspective of depth of field.
WHY DO THESE STUPID GALLERIES HAVE TO INVOLVE CLICKING 19x TO SEE THE WHOLE WORKS. WHY CAN’T YOU PUT UP THUMBNAILS OR PREVIEWS? ARE THE FOLKS AT SYMPATICO NOT COMPUTER SAVVY? C’MON GEEKS, GET WITH THE PROGRAM!
I fully agree ,,,, waiting to load and reload each pic is maddening … there has to be a better way .. I have pretty much stopped looking at these types of presentations simply because of time factor required
I agree with Richard, really having the page reload every time to view another pic is annoying, there are better ways, get in the new millennium Sympatico
I agree with Richard and Fred. I wouldn’t mind if the page loaded quickly but the page took a minute to load for me so it took 20 minutes to view the whole gallery.
Yep, it’s all about bandwidth, boys and girls. The more of your computing time they can chew up the more time they can sell you. Fce fact, you’re hooked. Figuring out how do things effectively and low cost works against any internet provider’s agenda. Same with cell phones. Just think for a sec. How many times a day do the words “Can you hear me now?” get spoken on cell networks. Now, multiply that by how many seconds it takes to utter those words and voila, instant revenue stream. Boy, those old hard wired networks don’t sound so bad any more. Remember Bell? They used to be in the public switched network business and they were damned good at it. Now, because of the all the competition YOU folks have allowed, yes YOU, the whole gamut of communications has lost touch with reality and practicality. Yes, I did my thing by addressing Keith Spicer head of the CRTC back in the ’80′s when all this change was looming. I urged the CRTC to use due dilligence, but I’m just one man, up against corporate lawyers lobbying in the interests of communication giants, many who have fallen along the wayside. I say it’s time we all spoke out in an effort to get this crap back into Pandora’s box…..if that’s at all possible.
