A young relative of mine has been trying to get warranty repairs on a Sansung washer - only 4 months old, for 3 weeks. Future shop cannot help and Samsung expects her to stay at home from work during 9 - 5 am Monday to Thursday. No warranty service on Fridays or evenings or weekends. If you are tempted to buy a Samsung product make sure the store where you purchase the product will help you or you will just be given the run around by samsung.
