Fun Christmas websites for kids

Looking for some entertaining Christmas websites that are great for the kids? Here are a few worth checking out.

Image credit: CanadaPost.caWith Christmas Day almost upon us, here are seasonal websites that kids (and the young at heart!) will love!

NORAD: While the website of the North American Aerospace Defense Command– the agency tasked with monitoring North American airspace – may not sound to be a fun destination for kids, it is in fact home to the official Santa Tracker. NORAD uses state-of-the-art technology – including radar, satellites, Santa Cams and fighter jets – to track Santa’s progress around the globe and relay it to kids in real time. Great fun! Check out Simon Cohen’s post to discover what else NORAD has to offer in the way of tracking Mr. Claus.

NorthPole.com: A website which enables kids to send letters to Santa, play seasonal games, print a Good Deeds calendar and more. And there’s stuff for parents too!

ElfYourself: Create personalized animated “elftoon” using photographs of your family members. A must-visit website for kids and adults alike which is sure to generate plenty of ho-ho-hos!

MerryChristmas.com: Download festive music, print gift tags, play Christmas games and more.

CanadaPost.ca: Canada Post’s Christmas website is packed with seasonal fun and enables kids to write to Santa, find out about life at the North Pole, play games and more.

…and don’t forget to make a personalized Santa video for your kids with the Portable North Pole.

Merry Christmas!
