A personalized Santa video for the kids

Forget the old fashioned letter from Santa. Santa will send your son or daughter a personalized video message directly from the North Pole.

Santa videoLast year, Simon Cohen blogged about a new web service brought to you by Sympatico / MSN which allowed you to work with Santa to create your very own custom made video message from jolly old Saint Nick himself. I checked it out, made my own video and was truly impressed with the results. In fact, I enjoyed the video so much that as I was watching it, my husband asked me what I was laughing at. Through Portable North Pole (PNP) communications technology, your son or daughter (or husband or wife) can have a fun personalized video from Santa emailed to them after just a few moments of easy work from your end. Oh, and of course, the service is free to use.

To create your Santa video, you simply answer a few questions about the recipient such as their name, age, where they live, etc. You can also upload a photo of the recipient to have included in the video and provide details on what they want for Christmas and whether they’ve been naughty or nice.

After you’ve created your personalized Santa video, you’ll be given a private URL for the video, which you can then show to your little one, or share with friends and family.

Check it out and let us know what you think!
