		<description>I agree with Tim somewhat. Flour varies country to country. Even between the U.S. and Canada. Would doing it by weight though be any different? I love kitchen gadgets just for the sake of having odd items. Would buy this just for the novelty, depending on the price.</description>

Real Bakers only measure by weight.  

Europeans don&#039;t even know what a cup is because it&#039;s a volume measurement which isn&#039;t used anywhere but North America.

North Americans can&#039;t bake properly because baking is an exact science which requires everything to be weighed to exact proportions.

Just what they need, a measuring cup to help them keep those same inaccurate measurements (and they all think the English can&#039;t cook).</description>
