How ridiculous, a measuring cup that converts weight to volume.
Real Bakers only measure by weight.
Europeans don’t even know what a cup is because it’s a volume measurement which isn’t used anywhere but North America.
North Americans can’t bake properly because baking is an exact science which requires everything to be weighed to exact proportions.
Just what they need, a measuring cup to help them keep those same inaccurate measurements (and they all think the English can’t cook).

I agree with Tim somewhat. Flour varies country to country. Even between the U.S. and Canada. Would doing it by weight though be any different? I love kitchen gadgets just for the sake of having odd items. Would buy this just for the novelty, depending on the price.

Mind you, you might be off by a few grams depending on how far up or down the hemisphere you are…
Must explain why the UK and the US can’t agree on how much flour makes a good cornbread…
