Can’t believe you are looking for and encouraging tenants that don’t have any responsibility or care about someone else’s investment. Landlords lose thousands of thier hard earned money to pigs that ruin rentals… now you are encouraging pigs to do there best…another stupid idea by someome in media…you have no idea of what is right or wrong!!!!

Thanks for the posting – just to clarify. The Grand prize is rent for up to 1500.00 and closing costs should the winner decide they want to take that first step to home ownership. They have up to 12 months to make the move. So it’s even better.
