I read both Locker and PrivateTip documentation, and if understood correctly, the differnces are 2 - the PrivateTip enables you to send a picture instead of a crypted text, but the Locker costs less. (1$ instead of 2$). I ended up installing both, and will probably use them alternately. My wuestion is - is there a similar solution for non-iPhone cellulars?
