Facebook’s FarmVille Review
What is Facebook’s FarmVille and why are so many people playing it?
Recently, every time I log onto my Facebook account there’s two or three new updates about my friends achieving something or another in FarmVille. The first question I asked myself was, what the heck is FarmVille and why are so many people playing it? So I clicked one of their links to check it out and see what all the fuss was about.
For those of you who don’t know, FarmVille is a game on Facebook that puts the player into the life of a farmer. You start out with a few coins, a small plot of land, and the dream of building a farm. The first thing you see is a few plants that need to be harvested. So you use your little farmer to harvest the fruit or vegetables and you get paid for it. The ultimate goal of the game is to make as much money as possible and grow your farm into the biggest and best in the land. But this game isn’t just about harvesting and planting corn and wheat all day!
For starters, FarmVille has almost every crop you can imagine. You can grow everything from strawberries to eggplants for a profit. You start the game with only a few options, but as your green thumb grows, so does the inventory of the market. More expensive crops have a higher cash yield, but also require more attention. Just like in the real world, if you don’t watch your crops they’ll wither and die! So make sure to check in daily!
You may be wondering what happens when you’ve filled up all your land. You buy more! As you collect coins from harvesting you’ll feel the need to expand, so just pop into the market and buy land as you see fit. But what do you do with all this new land? Well, your farm needs buildings and decorations right? The market offers barns, houses, tractors, cars, and animals! So you can customize your farm to match your personality!
You can also cash in on any friends who play FarmVille. Every time your friend achieves an accomplishment you’re rewarded with either an item or coins! And to repay the favour you can send them a gift. Choose from things like various trees, to odd animals, and even the occasional mystery prop. Whatever it is, your friends are sure to be happy you’re their neighbour. FarmVille lets you add your Facebook friends as your neighbours in the game, so you can watch each others progress and compete!
The newest feature to FarmVille is the ability to customize what your farmer looks like. You can choose the gender, look, and colour of your avatar to fit you perfectly. So you”ll feel like you’re actually on the farm!
With constant updates and free giveaways, FarmVille stays interesting. I found it addicting and half the time it’s the only reason I go onto Facebook. It’s fun to compete against friends and check out their farms. And there’s no better way to pick up a girl than giving her a fig tree! So give the farmer’s life a chance and try out FarmVille on Facebook. You’re sure to have as much fun as going on a hay ride!

I have been having problems ever since I added 24 x 24/ won’t let me do anything. keeps sending out of sync .Please help

I have been attempting to play Farmville since Friday February 12 and it is now the 14th of February…I updated Adobe, cleared my cache, tried firefox….I tried to resolve the problem as I thought it was on my end….until, I went to my parents and attempted to farm on their computer, but low and behold, it was out of sync on their computer as well…It is not my issue, it is the games…and I am frustrated, as I am on level 34, planted roses, etc…and am unable to continue my game…
I will probably leave the game and remove the application…Not my first choice…so please resolve….
I also have been trying to play Farmville and for the past 3 days it has been out of sync. I have lost an entire crop of roses and at my wits end. Please fix this problem as I truly enjoy this game. I have attempted to remove the application for 12 hours and still it is “out of sync”. I hesitate to remove the application for more that that as I have worked very hard to get to the level I am. HELP
PLease my game will not load. Out of sync for 5 days now. How sad is that!! Can someone please tell me what to do!!
I’m very unhappy, today I harvested an egg found a chicken coop in it, tried to place it on my farm and it kept saying out of sync.I logged out came back later and much to my dismay farmville had stolen my coop.I know I’m just one person but I’m one very angry one.
help help always saying out of sync. Can’t seem to find help, so i will give up my farm and money, and tell my friends not to play farmville. I wonder if anyone out there could help me, but i doubt i tried to use a different computer and still doesn’t work. I was told by several people that they are having problems with farmville and are going to give it up, so please help us so we can still have fun on farmville
fix the problem on farmville , planted mt field 3 times , not getting the gold from the home pages , and the gold i had before , i’ve put the same gold in the pot 4 times , and bought 2 items with gold , shows on my profile page and nothing on ,my farm , seems ever time you all upgrade , nothing but trouble till the event is almost over, maybe you all should play the game a bit more yourselves , and you’ll see what i’m talking about ….
when i play farmville on facebook i can not open the gifts items, i can not buy or sale also. farm ville does not play right. what can i do? i have tried to access the game from different system but still faced the same problm.
i have been playing farm ville for a while and one day i try to get my mom to send me something i am not on her list of friends when i was before. When i try to go on my farm it wont load same with yo ville too….i would like this to work so i can play please…please fix this asap

I love Farmville and play almost every evening. Just one note of caution: check your internet bill, once you get up in levels and have lots of stuff on your farm and do a lot of collecting the bill jumps considerably. I went from 35 per month for my wireless internet with Telus to $130.00
I am currently staying away from Farmville here and using an internet cafe at lunch until i can find a provider that has better terms and more download free offer.
