Adobe releases Photoshop.com Mobile app for the iPhone
Those looking to do some basic photo editing on the iPhone will not have to look any further, Adobe has recently released Photoshop.com Mobile and it is available for free.

Good news has come for iPhone users that were hoping to see an official Photoshop app in the App Store. The app, which was released earlier today is called Photoshop.com Mobile and is available for free.
Of course, before I begin, I am sure there are other similar editing apps already available, however, aside from being free, this app also ties in nicely with the Photoshop.com website.
Now keep in mind, we are talking about the iPhone here, so despite the fact that the Photoshop name is synonymous for being a full-featured image editing solution, this mobile version is much tamer. Basic features of the app include the ability to crop, rotate and flip images. Additionally, you can adjust the colours as well as add filters and effects.
Some of the colour edits that you can make include adjusting the exposure, saturation and tint. You can also easily switch the image from colour to black & white. The effects are pretty standard and include vibrant, pop, border, vignette blur, warm vintage, rainbow, white glow and soft black & white.
In terms of compatibility, the app will run on either the iPhone or iPod touch as long as they have OS 2.0 or later.
Finally, the app does not require you to use the Photoshop.com website, but should you choose to do so, you can sign up for an account (also free) that comes with 2GB of online storage for your images.

Photoshop, Rolex, Rolls Royce Baby Benz a cut down version still very nice to have, take a shot, deal with the red eye right then and there, nice. As time progresses so will the power of the apps. Still does not make me want an iPhone.
Cheers!

Great post, Robert,
I’ve been playing around with this app, too, and it’s great.
Cheers,
