Video: ‘Michael Jackson’ flash mob takes over Montreal
In case you haven’t already checked out this video, Montrealers yesterday paid tribute to the King of Pop by staging a “flash mob” performance of MJ’s top songs in Champ-des-Mars field.
SeveralĀ dozen fans — many of whom were kids — began dancing to “Beat It.” Flash mobs can be best described as a gathering of strangers who perform the same action at an agreed time and place — such as a pillow fight in New York City’s Times Square — all arranged via text messages and social networking sites. Many of the videos posted online of flash mobs show the reaction of the confused (and usually, amused) onlookers. Check it out!
