Check out this Oddcast text-to-speech demo, featuring a male and female cartoon who will say anything you type.
Have fun typing different things, selecting different characters and choosing different languages or accents (English, for example, is available in US, UK, Australia, South African, Scottish, Irish and Indian). Special effects are also included, such as playing around with speed, pitch, echo and more.
