Billed as the world’s first clock radio for your web browser, OnlineClock.net can be used to set an alarm for an important meeting or to pick up the kids from school — or perhaps to wake up from a nap (though you’ll need to remember to keep your PC speakers cranked before you hit the pillow).
This site will use your computer’s IP address to determine what time zone you’re in and will accurately show you the correct time. Then you can use your mouse to set what time for the alarm to go off and if you prefer the buzzer or choose from one of hundreds of Internet radio stations available from the pull-down menu. You can select from multiple genres (from classical to metal) or comedy, talk, and so forth. You can also select what colour you’d like the time and the background
All that’s required is the Basic (free) version of RealPlayer, if you don’t already have it installed already.
The developer says the streaming radio feature does not currently function in the Safari or Opera web browsers, but future versions of the RealPlayer software should resolve this browser incompatibility.
The original OnlineClock.net debuted in 2006 but has since added the radio functionality.

The truth is that the online clock radio website is very innovative. I use it to listen to my favorite online radio stations and then bookmark them, so that I can easily return to them again and again.
It's a very useful service and contains a minium of advertising.
