are you people kidding? of all the things that people can be worrying about in their lives, all the things they can do, you have to write an article about cheat codes for a video game? no wonder why people these days are getting lazy and stupid. the world economy is sinking, political turmoil is happening in third world countries, and people worldwide are contracting and dying from hiv and aids. and all you bastards can write about is Rock Band 2 cheat codes?

I think you have other issues, if your comparing game cheat codes to world issues. lol.

Im not a gamer by any means, and playing just a few levels on one game gets boring quickly, so, cheats help those of us who are out there, busy most of the time, living an active lifestyle, play a little game now and again, not get so bored on a rainy day.

    Gesh.. cool it.

Theres a radical complainer on every site..

Now, I do have to laugh.. video games causeing economic turmoil? lmao.. thats a good one.

Do you know how many people it requires to create ONE game such as this? Do you know how much money one game like this earns? Think about it. If we figure out codes to cheat on games, we beat them faster. If we beat them faster, adn we get bored, we create a demand for yet another game to be created. We work to earn the money requierd to purchase such a game, thus, we are putting money into the economy. A demand for such games requires skilled workers to create these games, most, if not all of those workers went to some kind of technical / training school, which they paid for, and thus, money was put into the economy. The games being made require workers, who get paid to make and create these games, and the circle continues.

Game cheats = good for economy. :)

And oh, to add one other comment to the previous one I posted.. in regards to joe's comment…

If people are playing video games, theyre not having sex. if theyre not having sex, sexual diseases are not being spread. yes, there are alternate ways to spread this disease, I know, but, if were all playing video games, theres a lot lower chance. :)

as for being lazy and stupid.. do you ever sit down and watch tv? Playing games increases your hand eye co-ordination, and actualy stimulates the brain, where as just watching tv does not nearly as much. Sure, you may not be learning anytyhing, but who watches educational television ALL the time?. :)

I guess Joe was hoping that a post entitled "Psst! Wanna learn some Rock Band 2 cheat codes?" was going to be about something else. I'll ask Marc to be more precise in his choice of headlines going forward ;-)

  • ps2 says:

any chance of codes for those of us with the ps2 rock band?

  • Mike says:

I agree with the comments posted after Joe, but I doubt we will see ps2 codes on here, since it's a sony product, and the 360 is a microsoft product. Was just reading this blog on a break from coding, and the laughs were appreciated. Thanks to all. :D

  • eric says:

Also to Joe….The story is posted in techs and gadgets section, the political stuff is under a different heading most likely.
