No metal, no plastic, no screws, no kidding! He may resemble Santa, but "Del" doesn't rely on his elves to make cool contraptions -- he built this hand-cranked "nutty device" completely out of wood and glue. Now this is one talented craftsman. Enjoy this 8-minute visit to Del's workshop.
