Cell phone watch looks cool…but freakin’ big
Dick Tracy, move over. The M800 cell phone tri-band Mobile Phone watch is here ($189 + shipping), an unlocked GSM phone that sounds awesome but the photo shows it’s not the smallest watch around!

Pop in a SIM card into the back of this M800 phone watch, toss a Bluetooth headset over your ear and you can use this watch’s 1.3-inch touch-screen interface to call your friends.
Equally as cool, perhaps, it also plays music (MP3) and videos (MP4) with its 128MB of memory (my ThinkGeek watch has 2GB, though, so there!). Users connect the watch to a PC via a USB cable (included) to transfer over media files.
According to the online store that’s selling this watch, the M800 is also a voice recorder, alarm, organizer and offers a WAP 2.0 interface for web surfing! Wonder if it also mixes a mean martini…
Talk time maxes out at 3 hours; standby time is about 120 hours.
Too bad it appears to be the size of a small tank.
Anyone own this thing?
More info is here.

I think this is stupid. Not only is it a waste of money, but it looks stupid and could cause problems. The makers should be put down…
well, I don't know if I would really like this too much. It looks like something I would like for a few weeks and then get frustrated or bored of it and get something new. Plus Its way to big for my liking specially something that is suppose to be on your wrist.
Not really a fan of this idea… SOUNDS kewl..but I think it'd have too many disadvantages. Why not just buy a Blackberry instead ?
ye it looks sick and evereything but its big and kindof ugly plus i think u have to use bluetooth headset to call someone wich isnt to great cause those are an extra 60 dollars, and ive seen other phone watchs that look pretty sicker then this and there smaller and nicer looking and stuff
They make smaller model now.
