No, Mötley Crüe didn’t break a record for the most arrests or the highest amount of hairspray consumed in the ’80s, but the rockers behind Dr. Feelgood, Looks That Kill and Home Sweet Home are the first band to release a brand new single through the mega-popular game, Rock Band.

Harmonix and MTV Games announced Mötley Crüe’s latest single, Saints Of Los Angeles, is available as a digital download for 160 Microsoft Points (about 99 cents) via Xbox Live Marketplace (for the Xbox 360) and tomorrow, via the PlayStation Store (for the PlayStation 3).

What’s more, Rock Band will be part of Mötley Crüe’s upcoming Crüe Fest, a 40-city summer tour with the Crüe headlining the bill, also featuring Buckcherry, Papa Roach, Sixx: A.M. and Trapt.
