Star Wars according to a 3-year-old
YouTube junkies have probably already seen this, but it’s just too cute. As the title of this blog entry suggests, a 3-year-old girl is explaining the storyline of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Love the “don’t talk back to Darth Vader” comment. Click below to begin playing. May the force be with her and her juice cup.

What a delightful little girl! I could sit & listen to her chat all day long! Thx!
Oh my goodness, she is too cute! My cheeks hurt from smiling so much.
So adorable!
I wonder why a 3 year old is watching StarWars in the first place?! I think it's sad…
Anyone with kids already knows they should be running this sad earth – this is just more evidence.
How perseptive is she? WOW.
'A MOM'…I would rather let my child watch Star Wars than Spiderman. Heck I watched Episode IV when I was around 5 and I turned out ok…
the force must be with me….
To "A Mom":
"Star Wars Episode IV" versus Britney Spears, et al.
There is just no contest. Sorry.
Well, let's see. Star Wars – A great Sci-Fi classic, versus RAP videos on MTV or Manga cartoons hmmmmmmm Do we want to show them something obviously fictional, or let them learn from other sources that violence is cool? I vote for Star Wars
To "A MOM" – have you ever watched a Road Runner episode? THAT is no better, if not worse than Star Wars! My children have seen all the SW episodes and love them.
This clip is adorable, and I would proudle post it if I were her parent too.
Guess A MOM took a beating on this one, and rightly deserved too. Have you seen thoes rap videos the words the actions why aren't they banned??
I never saw hint in MAM's comment what would be wrong with Star Wars in her opinion. Mild violence, robots, costumes or goofy creatures (Chubaca, Ewoks etc.)? My guess is violence. Yes it is there but it is not different than Peter Pan, Treasure Plant, Harry Potter, Narnia etc. Wasn't there violence and cruelty in stories about Cinderella, three little pigs, Jack and Jill, Little Red Riding Hood and just about everything – for children? And Disney products are often so out of touch with what they are identified with (no comment on Lion King, Nemo was cripple and lost his parent and all siblings in first 5-minutes of the movie etc).
What do you recommend?
a future movie critic in the works
That adorable lol dont talk back to darth radder he will get ya
To "a Mom" I will tell you what is sad. My 3 1/2 yr old asks me just about everyday if he can watch Star Wars. I usually say no you can watch it later with your Dad. Our son is gentle, and doesn't act out while he watching – he is glued to the tube. If there is any other type of "scary" movie on; well my little boy in true male fashion doesn't say he is scared he says it is too loud and turns it off! He also also just finished watching this little girl… or as in his words "lets watch the princess girl again!" I think he has his first crush!
okay whats up with her ?
no on cares about the recap of the freakkin' star wars
and the kid looks like a furbi
omg shes SO cute!!
I saw this on youtube and i heard it on the radio too!!
tc Cutie
I agree the girl is cute, but i first heard about the clip on a local radio station, they were raving about, i dont see anything special about, i have seen better on americas funniest home videos
To all of you that watch this vidio! This little girl is so cute, maybe her parents are trying to show her off to the whole world. Does she have an idea that she is on YOUtube. probobly not:( o well, parents are trying to show her off to the whole world. She is smart, and inteligent little girl, but i am sure her parents can show her off-in better place then internet. Good luck!
lighten up people. why would u even bother wasting your time looking at a youtube of a little star wars fan if you aren't amused by either…perhaps you are better off at surfing the web on topics that have more interests for u instead of raining on our parade?
May help prepare them for reality tv;you know, the less damaging kind (wrestling, religion, politics etc)
What is this world coming to when adults start calling kids names? no wonder why some kids are they way they are! i think this little was adorable, and her parents should be proud of her, at least it is not like some of the vids on youtube that are so staged.
