Usb_memory_watchMillions of mobile computer users – including yours truly – tend to keep a USB thumb-drive in their jeans' pocket to transfer digital files from one PC to another. And hey, you never know when you're going to need it, such as grabbing a handful of digital photos, funny video clips or other files while at a friend's house.

But how convenient would it be if your watch could carry those documents, photos and songs for you?

One of my favourite online retailers, ThinkGeek, now has a USB Memory Watch for sale (US $39.99; for 2 gigabytes) that carries all those files for you -- on your wrist.

With its built-in USB 2.0 connector that flips open for easy access, you can easily transfer these files to virtually any PC (Windows, Mac or Linux; laptop or desktop). An LED indicator light shows when the device is connected properly and when data is being transferred.

ThinkGeek also says the watch is small (1.5-inches wide x .375-inches thick for watch face), lightweight (43 grams), shock-proof and water resistant to 20 meters.

More info on the watch is here.
