SanDisk yesterday announced a new USB thumb-drive that can automatically back up your important files on a password-protected website.
Considered the first of its kind, the new SanDisk Cruzer Titanium Plus will not only store PC files locally – such as photos, documents, music, video and so forth – but gives the user the option to automatically back up the data to a web service provided by BeInSync, which stores data onto Amazon.com’s S3 storage service.
Available this March for US $59.99, the 4GB SanDisk Cruzer Titanium Plus will include six months of free online back up, but then users must cough up US $29.99 a year after this period to continue the service.

You're not getting anything for free.
A free YEAR would have been something to talk about, but basically you wait six months to pay your $30 for the year.
SanDisk, people aren't stupid!!
This is one thing I'm not getting since there product don't work on all computers. The techs certainly don't know much about what can resolve the problems.
Bill Gates is teaching them about power, and how to put the product out and worry about the problem later.
Hey tell them that it's their problem not theirs.
