The people that make those rules or requirements are not always in my opinion the brightest of stars but as I pointed out other BIG companies such as Microsoft etc. have and do offer contests for the whole population of Canada.<br /> When these companies say open to all CANADIANS they mean it. When I see the (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) included in the rules and Reg's it kind of makes me think that this company dropped the ball on there play.<br /> Seems to me that I work my butt off being a Canadian and I as many here would consider themselves ULTIMATE action fans.
