Grundig_2In case the power goes out in your home, it's a good idea to have a product around like the Grundig FR200 ($25), a portable radio and emergency flashlight that gets its power from a few hand cranks. No batteries required!

Specifically, this radio offers AM, FM and two shortwave bands – so you can still have access to local or international news, information and weather alerts – and can operate for an hour with just one minute of cranking.

The Grundig FR200 has its own built-in power generator, rechargeable battery pack and emergency light in case the power knocks out lights on your home. This product is also ideal for camping, the beach or other places where an AC outlet isn't commonly found.

You can pick up the Grundig FR200 at The Source by Circuit City locations.
