Guess who met Bo Derek today?

OK, so this shouldn't be a post for a tech blog, but hey, this is Bo Derek we're talking about here.

OK, so every Monday and Friday on Global TV's morning show ("Morning News") I host a segment called G3 (Games, Gadgets and Gizmos), where I show the latest in, er, well I think you can figure that out.

While getting my face put on this morning, a producer popped her head into the makeup room to say that Bo Derek was in the green room, presumably waiting to do an interview for Entertainment Tonight Canada, which is also filmed in the same building.

Yes -- the Bo Derek -- the"10" star whose curvy frame and braided hair graced many a male teenage poster in the '70s -- mine included. Ahem.

I stuck my big head in the green room to say hi and -- not knowing what to say -- asked her if she needed anything, such as a coffee. I guess it could've been worse.

For the record -- at 51 years-old -- she still looked pretty smokin.'
